Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") carefully before using the Green Vitality Ltd website or subscribing to our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service Eligibility and Account

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in our delivery zones within London. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You authorize GREEN VITALITY LTD to charge your provided payment method for the recurring fee. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period. Prices are subject to change with a 30-day notice period.

4. Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver within the time slots selected at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. If you are not present to receive the delivery, our courier will leave the package in a designated safe place. Once delivered, the risk of loss and food safety (temperature maintenance) passes to you.

5. Health and Allergy Disclaimer

While we take extreme precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchens handle nuts, gluten, soy, and dairy. If you have a life-threatening allergy, you must contact our executive team directly before placing an order. Green Vitality Ltd is not a medical provider; our meals are nutritional support, not medical prescriptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GREEN VITALITY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
